For shipping to us, you will need both the orginal Naim box or subsittue and the CD transport locking screw to prevent damage (Message us if you dont have either of these items so we can help advise)
You will package and send us the CD player. (Please message us with the Tracking info once dispatched).
We examine and repair your CD player.
We send you back a confirmed working CD drive.

• Please ensure you package your player safely, and ensure the player is
  fully surrounded by padded material and sealed tightlyt in a strong
  box.

  Check player cannot move inside the box after packaging. You will be
  solely responsible for ensuring the player reaches the conditions us in.
