Beosound 1 CD Drive repair service. Is your CD drive not reading discs any more?

THIS IS A REPAIR SERVICE FOR YOUR CD PLAYER YOU WILL NEED TO SEND TO US FOR REPAIR.

This repair service is only provided to correct faults with the CD drive. No other faults on the player will be repaired as part of this service.

Symptoms of a failing CD drive

1. CD disc spins briefly and stops.
2. CD disc will not spin and clicking can be heard.
3. CD disc spins backwards and will not play.

Common symptoms include the CD starting to spin then stopping, “CD” flashing or blinking on the display, the lid opening again, the CD pocket opening, or the disc being rejected after a few seconds. In some cases the radio still works but the CD drive will not play, the disc spins briefly then stops, or the CD drive hums/clicks but fails to read the disc.

box.

Check player cannot move inside the box after packaging. You will be
solely responsible for ensuring the condition the player reaches us.

The player will be sent back to you via economy-tracked service, this
can be upgraded at checkout to an express service if required.
